  REGISTRATION LIMIT:
  70 weekend overnighters, 50 day-trippers on Saturday and/or Sunday.
  After Retreat registration is full, a wait-list will be maintained.

  RETREAT FEES: One-half of total payment due with the registration form, final payment due on or before Sept 30, 2006. These fees apply even if participant chooses not to eat Retreat meals.

  REGISTRATION DEADLINES!

  • For the entire Retreat, from Friday, October 20 through Sunday, October 22, 2006: 2 nights, 6 meals, snacks
    • Child (under 5): $60.00; Child (between 5-9): $90.00; Ages 10 and up: full price
  • $225 from May 1 to June 30, 2006 (inquire about children's fees)
  • $250 from July 1 to Sept 1, 2006 (inquire about children's fees)
  • $275 from Sept 2 to Oct 1, 2006 (inquire about children's fees)
  • $300 at the gate *IF* there is any room

  DAY-TRIPPER FEES:

  • DAY-TRIPPERS: Must pre-register as well. Light lunch and dinner served on Friday; Lunch and dinner served on Saturday; Lunch only served on Sunday.
  • Friday, Oct 20: Adults: $85.00; Children (under 5): $40.00; Children (between 5-9): $55.00; Age 10 and up: full day price
  • Saturday, Oct 21: Adults: $100.00; Children (under 5): $60.00; Children (between 5-9): $85.00; Age 10 and up: full day price
  • Sunday, Oct 22: Adults: $85.00; Children (under 5): $40.00; Children (between 5-9): $55.00; Age 10 and up: full day price

  ACCOMMODATIONS: Sleeping arrangements are assigned on a first come, first served basis; for all accommodations, bring your own bedding. There are 12 canvas-walled, floored tents with 2 beds in each. The large bunkhouse sleeps 12 - 14 people. There is unlimited camping (you provide tent, all camping gear).

  REFUNDS: 20% will be charged for any cancellations whatsoever. Registrants get 80% refund only if we are notified 2 weeks in advance—by October 5, 2006—by telephone (NOT by e-mail). After that point in time only 50% of fee(s) will be refunded. No-shows do not get refund of any fees.

  RETREAT CANCELLATION: Griffin Dyeworks & Fiber Arts reserves the right to cancel Retreat if circumstances require it and will give notice to all registered participants in a timely fashion. Griffin Dyeworks & Fiber Arts is responsible only for applicable Retreat refunds, not for any other costs incurred by workshop participant.

  ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Enclose self-addressed stamped envelope for mailed registration acknowledgment. Otherwise your Retreat registration will be acknowledged by email.
